CLIENT CHARTER

1. TO ENSURE THE AUDIT COMMITTEE BOARD MEETING IS DONE FOUR(4) TIMES ANNUALLY.

2. AUDIT SURVEILLANCE REPORT IS SENT TO AUDITEE TWO(2) WEEKS AFTER EXIT CONFERENCE IS DONE.

3. COUNTER SERVICE FOR ALL MATTERS IS TREATED WITHIN FIVE (5) MINUTES

4. FEEDBACK TO COMPLAINERS MUST BE MADE WITHIN ONE (1) WORKING DAYS TO NOTIFY THAT THEIR COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF AND WILL BE RESOLVED.
